All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will only be provided if a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
Patrick Shipp Nutrition and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, loss of profits, and any other personal or commercial damages.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
